This program takes nurses with a nursing diploma, from abroad or from the United States, to a U.S. nursing license. Ninara Ibragimova, RN, DNP, a nurse for over 30 years, teaches in person in Brooklyn, New York: real-world clinical English, the credentialing process, NCLEX-RN preparation and hands-on clinical skills with real equipment. Eligibility for the exam is decided by NYSED. The license is issued by the state after every required step. Send the three-step inquiry and we suggest the next step: the free webinar or a conversation.

Doctor of Nursing Practice · Nurse Practitioner · NCLEX-RN instructor
Ninara has been a nurse for over 30 years and has taught for the last 10. About half of her career she has worked as an advanced practice provider, a Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice, including 15 years as a Nurse Practitioner. In class she connects the clinical picture you know from practice with the way the exam asks about it.
30 years in nursing, 15 as a Nurse Practitioner and 10 teaching NCLEX prep. Degrees from Pace University and Hunter College are published.
Classes run in English and Russian: explanations in Russian, questions in English. Exam questions stay in English, as on the NCLEX, so the exam wording is learned together with the content.
IV insertion, intubation, Foley catheter insertion and more, practiced in class. The exam does not test it. The job does.
Diploma evaluation and the New York State application that authorizes you to test are part of the program. The decision belongs to NYSED.
After the exam the program helps with the job search: the English and the skills from class are meant for the first job, not only for the test.
1172 Coney Island Ave, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11230: one classroom for nurses from Brooklyn and Queens, near the subway and bus. Evening classes are planned.
Every line above is the program’s own statement (September 2026) or a supplied document. No comparison with other courses is made.
English for the hospital and the clinic: charting, handover, talking to patients. Not ESL and not classroom theory.
Diploma evaluation, credits accepted and the New York State application that authorizes you to sit the exam.
NCLEX prep for internationally educated nurses →NCLEX questions with rationales: the data that matters, the priority action and why the other options are wrong.
Hands-on practice with real equipment: IV insertion, intubation, Foley catheter insertion and more. Theory and the job itself.

Yes: the program starts with diploma recognition and the New York State application, then exam preparation. Eligibility to sit the exam and to be licensed is decided by NYSED based on your education and documents. Enrolling does not establish it.
English is taught as part of the class, for real clinical work rather than as theory. Many students started with almost no English and learned it through the program. The exam itself is taken in English, so the language work runs alongside the questions from the first session.
Classes take place at 1172 Coney Island Ave, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11230. The location serves nurses from both Queens and Brooklyn and is reachable by car, subway or bus.
Classes are taught in both English and Russian. All instruction is in person, with real hands-on practice on clinical equipment, not online and not theory-only. Classes are currently offered on weekends, with evening classes planned as an option in the future.

No. NCSBN gives the NCLEX-RN only in English, so every item on the exam is in English. In this program the practice questions stay in English, as on the exam, while the clinical logic behind them can be explained in Russian.
